There really isn't a Code for the Battle Ready Lucario. Instead, you must enter a certain serial number. To get this serial number, you must buy a specially marked copy of Pokemon Black or Pokemon White from Target.

The codes are unique. The only way to get one is to buy a new copy of Black or White, or convince a friend of yours to give you their code.
