Without the game card? No. Without the AR? No. However, some codes that were activated will stay on the game after saving it.

You need the AR attached to the game in order to activate the codes.

Guys seriously i really really wanna insert an action replay hardware into my pc but i don't have the card or the slot or whatever u call that is i guess my game is not original i got it from my friend's drive if u would kindly help me.please

Nope. That is, if you mean the AR. If you mean the DS card, I have no clue. Hope I helped!

Some codes do work without the card complete pokedex code does all items but you have to save the game for that to happen
