Question for Pokemon White
I'm at the poke transfer lab white and I'd like to know how do you send over a Pokemon by poke transfer? I'm going to transfer from Diamond to White. Detailed answer please!

You must have two DS systems to do this. Put the Diamond into one and White into the other. Go to the Poke Transfer Lab on White, and go to DS Download Play on Diamond. From there, you will be able to choose six Pokemon (no HM moves) and play a minigame to catch them.
