Question for Pokemon White

If I want to get a zoroa and I already talked to those two kids (without celibi) how can I get zoroa.
(other than trading and cheats)

If you use the Relocator to bring over the Event Celebi, you can find Zorua. If you have this Celebi in your Party and talk to the person in one of the buildings in Castelia City, Zorua will appear and join your team.

You can also obtain Zorua by breeding a Zoroark.

If you go to the game freak building in castellia city you will see to kids near the desk thingy the young girl has a book and when you say yes she tells you about zorua and it will automatically go into your pokedex

I already talked to the girl but WITHOUT CELIBI and I want to vatch zoroa and I dont have any of the three shiny " dogs " to get zoroark so how do I catch zoroa now.

You can get a zoroark if you use the relocator to bring over one of the dogs from the shiny dog event
