Personally I like Zekrom the best out of the three. Though it's really up to which one seems best to you. Kyurem has weakness to fighting, rock and dragon types. Zekrom is only weak against ground and dragon types. Reshiram is weak against rock and dragon.

I actually like Reshiram the best out of the three. It has a very high Special Attack Stat and it isn't weak to many types.

With it's ability, Reshiram can hit EVERY Pokemon for at least neutral damage. None of the others can boast that.
As to which is best, it depends on how you use them.
