The stone isn't there after everyone leaves and are standing outside at the entrance there will be a short part where they are talking. While they're talking you should get a call asking you to go to the Nacrene City museum. Use fly to get there and thats where you should get the stone. Hope this helps.

The stone is in the museum. You saw it when you were given a tour.

The stone is not in the relic castle.........it's in the museam first you should go to relic castle go inside very deep.there you will see alder and all that. Afterward when the conversation is over go to the second gym or museam there you will get the stone
