Before you face Ghetsis, I would recommend you have a lot of Revives and Hyper Potions.

Zekrom has Dragonbreathe, so it should handle Ghetsis' Hydreigon.

Serperior should take-out Ghetsis' Seismitoad with ease.

Your Throh is low-leveled, but it should give Bisharp and Bouffalent a fight since they are weak to Fighting-Type Moves. If Throh should faint, give it a Revive and a Hyper Potion so it can fight these Pokemon.

Eelektross has no weaknesses and various moves, so it might be smart to use Zekrom against it.

Cofagrigus is weak to Ghost and Dark Type Moves. Since you don't have a Pokemon of this Type, I would recommend you put in your strongest Pokemon and try to out-power it.

Ghetsis is very tough, so it might take some time to defeat him. If you follow these tips, it shouldn't take too long to defeat him.

Hope this helps!

"Minipete" is not a pokemon. Train your team evenly and Ghetis will be no problem.

Your Pokemon are good, but you need to level up them more. I trained all my Pokemon to Lv. 55 and defeated him (kind of) easily. My suggestion: Get a Terrikion. It is legendary and can be found in Victory Road after you defeat Cobalion in Mistralton Cave. Terrikions are amazing because mine used Smack Down and then Bulldoze on Eeelektross, which was great. Also, get a Ghost or Dark type. I recommend you go to Driftveil City because in a store there, a lady sells Revival Herbs, which completely rvive your pokemon. Wish you luck;)
