Question for Pokemon White

So I am trying to get a perfect Pokemon team. A team where I can enter a wifi tournament or play random matchup and WIN. I played in autumn friendly and got crushed I only got 2 wins. So my team I have made after reamking my team is

Infernape
Pikachu
Staraptor
Garchomp
Torterra
Hydreigon

All lv.100
I can go over moves later. Any Pokemon I shouldnt use or should switch out. And any specific moves I should teach one? I am also open to strategies anyone wants to share. Please help me out here.

I would recommend you get rid of Pikachu. It is very weak, even if it's holding the Light Ball.

I would also recommend you get rid of Hydreigon. One Dragon-Type Pokemon is enough.

Besides that, I like you Team. I'm not really good with Movesets, so I would recommend you check-out serebii.net to see what Movesets they would recommend.

Your team has a crippling weakness to Ice, so consider changing one or two of your Pokemon.

This team isn't very good dude. Four Pokemon weak to Ice, four physical attacker, only one special attacker, this team is walled easily by Ferrothorn.

It's very hard to judge teams without being given moves, EV's, and Natures, especially if it's going to be competitive. I can say that you have four Pokemon weak to Ice, and an absolutely worthless Pokemon in Pikachu.
