I would say that Dragonite, Garchomp, and Haxorus are amoung the strongest Pokemon that are not Legends. I would say that Haxorus is the strongest non-legendary Unova Pokemon.

Pokemon like Volcarona, Archeops, Chandelure and especially Hydreigon are your best picks for Unova.

By base stat there is a six way tie; Dragonite, Tyranitar, Metagross, Salamance, Garchomp, and Hydreigon. Each have a base stat total of 600. However, it depends on how you train them. Any Pokemon can be strong if you train them correctly.

There are no "strongest Pokemon". You have to look at more than just stats. You have to look at
1. Stats, which is obvious.
2. Movepool. Some Poke's have good stats, but terrible movepools, which makes them less useful.
3. Typing. Some Pokemon have good stats, but have a typing that brings down their ability to damage the team.
You also have to look at the roles they'll be playing in your team. Blissey can't do much offensively, but if used defensively she's a pain to take out. You also have to look at your team's theme. Is it a weather team? If so, Chandlure won't do you much good unless it's a Sun team.
There are no "best Pokemon". Only Pokemon that work best for you. Every battle is a different situation, and every Pokemon has a check.

I would have to say Samurott, Magmar, Terrakion, Braviary, Cobalion, and Ampharos. But others know stronger so look at the other coments.

I have an extreem team!! If it's the best?? I don't know.. But I don't care to me they are!!(Minus legendary) From favorite till less.. 1. Darmanitan 2. Tyranitar 3. Haxorus 4. Metagross 5. Serperior 6. Altaria !!!! I have to say I started with a plant tought I didnt do that since bulbasaur on blue.. Which I changed to charmander and from that moment on I was a fire user :D
