Question for Pokemon White
My future team is going to be swampert,torterra,charizard,zekrom,palkia... Thats 5 out of 6 what do you think my last legendary poke should be? I was thinkin groudon what do you think ?and any ideas for moves?? Please help!

I would say Mew. That is, if you can get one. If not, I would say Groudon.
If you choose Mew, I would recommend you give it the most Powerful TMs and HMs you have.
If you choose Groudon, I would reoommend you have it learn Earthquake, Hammer Arm, Thunderbolt, and Flamethrower.

Your future team contains two water types, two ground types, and two dragon types. That makes your team very unbalanced, and adding Groudon would give you three grounds which makes your team horribly unbalanced. I would rethink the team if I were you.

ok here is my new team is it well balanced? are my pokemon strong enough ? and any ideas for moves??

Before I start I just want to say that I would recomend you "lose" all of your legendaries. They are unusable in certain game modes. Also there are better Pokemon than Swampert and Infernape. I would find some replacements for these.
Pokemon to look into are:
Lucario
Tyranitar
Dragonite
Metagross
Heracross
Staraptor
Gengar (but you have one so good job)
Jolteon
Espeon
Umbreon (only for a wall)
Garchomp
Scizor
Crobat
Aerodactyl
Alakazam
I hope this helps you out. By the way, none of the above are legendary but some are as hard to get. They are all worth it. Had a level 95 Tyranitar that was able to take out all of the Pokemon in the Elite four in White version, without items or other pokemon. This was when all Pokemon are about lv 70...

infernape swampert lugia palkia abomasnow and gengar
and do you have any idea for moves for lugia gengar and swampert ?
Here's the moves I would recommend for those Pokemon:
Gengar: Psychic, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, and Focus Blast.
Swampert: Ice Punch, Outrage, Earthquake, and Aqua Tail.
Lugia: Hydro Pump, Aero Blast, Thunderbolt, and Earth Power.
