As you go through Pinwheel Forest, you must face each Team Plasma Member. At the end of Pinwheel Forest will be the last Team Plasma Member. If you defeat him, he will give you the Dragon Bone. Team Plasma will then leave Pinwheel Forest.

Hope this helps!

Beat them. It is a very simple concept. In Pokemon games, you must battle and beat people to advance.

First, you must defeat the Nacrene City Gym and obtain the Basic Badge. Then, after you have defeated her, Hawes will sprint into the room, telling you that Team Plasma has raided the museum. After he guides you and Lenora up the stairs and through the gym into the museum, you will witness Team Plasma steal the Dragon Skull, use smokescreen, and sprint away. Then Lenora tells you and Hawes to help her chase Team Plasma, and as you exit the gym, Castelia City Gym Leader Burgh is on his way to the museum. He asks if everything is okay, and Lenora tells him that things are disastrous. Then Bianca and Cheren come, and then the group makes a security plan. Bianca and Cheren are going to protect the museum, Lenora will check the east side of Nacrene City, and you and Burgh will check the west side and Pinwheel Forest. Now you and Burgh will run into the forest. Burgh explains that there are two ways out of Pinwheel Forest: the straight path across the bridge and pavement, and the winding road through a forest. Burgh tells you to check the forest path. Don't worry, because it is really one path, not a maze. You will battle many Trainers, and Team Plasma Grunts, male and female. The last Team Plasma Grunt will give you the Dragon Skull after you defeat him, and then Ghetsis will show up saying that Team Plasma can afford to lose the Dragon Skull, but they cannot fail again. Now Team Plasma will not come back into Pinwheel Forest, or Nacrene City again, and you are free to exit.

Hope this helps!
