Shiny Pokemon can be found by pure luck. The chances of finding a Shiny Pokemon in the wild is 1 in 8,000 chance. However, if you breed a Pokemon from your nationality and a Pokemon of the same egg group from a different nationality, the chances of the egg being Shiny is 1 in 1,350 chance.
