Finding a Shiny Pokemon in the wild is by pure luck. The chances of a wild Pokemon being Shiny is 1 in 8,000 chance. As you can see, there is no specific way to find a Shiny Pokemon.
However, there is an easier way to get Shiny Pokemon. If you breed one Pokemon from your nationality and a Pokemon of the same egg group from a different nationality, then the chances it's egg is Shiny increases to 1 in 1,350 chance.
