HM04 (Strength) can be found in one of the buildings in Nimbasa City.

Eh, I don't think Warrior's answer would really help you out all that much, so here's the more elaborate version: If you travel to Nimbasa City, you should find three grey buildings on the left hand side of the city. Enter the one in the top left corner, and seek out a blue haired boy sitting in the back of the room on the first floor. If you talk to him, he should give you the HM Strength. There is only one HM Strength in this game, so I don't think you'll find it in any caves. Best of luck.
