Question for Pokemon White
Please does anyone have a female pichu that can use volt tackle? I really need this pokemon. I am willing to trade a Japanese ditto or one of the first generation starters or one of the fifth generation starters

Just breed your own. You need a Light Ball and two Pikachu/Raichu. Give the Light Ball to the female and breed them. It might be the male that needs to hold it. Either way, the Pichu will know Volt Tackle (even if neither parent knew it). As soon as you can figure out which gender needs to hold the Light Ball, you can make dozens of Volt Tackle Pichu.

You can catch a Pichu easily on Pokemon Diamond and Pearl versions. Just go to the Trophy Garden behind that one mansion, walk a around in the grass for a while and you are sure to find a Pichu. I found a Pichu and a Pikachu in the grass there.
