How do you get a RageCandyBar every day in winter? Someone please help, I want more than one Zen Darmanitan!!!

Go to Iccirus City, and go to one of the houses in the south. It will be the house of the Rocket Grunt from the Nugget Bridge from HGSS. I think you have to talk to his wife, but someone in that house will give you a RageCandyBar. Every day you speak with them (the house is inaccessible in Spring/Summer/Autumn).
