Is there such as thing as the Kanto Champtionship in this version? Also is it possible to battle other Champtions like Cynthia?

I don't believe there is such a thing, but I'm not for sure. There is an Elite Four in this game, if that is what you mean.
The only other Region Champion you can battle is Cynthia. She can be found in Undella Town. You can battle her only in spring.

Actually you can battle her in winter too. And she is STRONG!
