Train your team. There is a grunt in one room of the castle that will send you to the entrance of the Pokemon league. Go train. Level 50-53 is about all you'll need.
Honestly, I don't understand these "How do you beat Person" questions, there is never any answer other that train your team.

What they said ^^ or you can train your Pokemon to maybe level 57 to 60 for better chanses of winning also to have even better chanses of winning have Pokemon that are supereffective and if you keep dieing to hydrogion(I think it's spelled like that) use fighting or bug pokemon

Target His weaknesses, is how I did it and if you don't know what they are here
Cofragrigus: Ghost, Dark
Boufalant: Fighting
Seismitoad: Grass
Hydrgigon: Ice, Dragon, Fighting, Bug
Elektross: None Due To Ability: Levitate
Bisharp: Fighting, Ground, Fire
And That's all
