Trade. There are bound to be people breeding and trading Zorua. If I had one (or a Zoroark) I would breed and trade them.

You could bring a a Ditto and a FEMALE Zoroark and put them in the Daycare.After 266 steps,they will call you and they will give you an Egg.If your lucky,you have 10% of receiving a SHINY Zorua

So you can catch him with ditto and the zorua will pop out of the bots form
