I think you have to go to dragonspiral tower where N caught Reshiram that is the only plac e I can think of finding Reshiram

That is actully false since I've been there and there was no Reshiram at all, you might be able to get it at action replay called "complete your pokedex". I think you get every pokemon at the same time or buy pokemon black (I've got white)

Unfortunately, Reshiram isn't in Pokemon White..only Zekrom. You'll have to get one off of the GTS. Sorry!

I tried changing the time and date and I went up there at exactly 8:30 and resreham wasn't there so pay no attention to the awnser i'm commenting for.

Reshiram is a version exclusive pokemon. If you wanted one you should have gotten Pokemon Black. It is impossible to catch Reshiram in Pokemon White, N caught it. You can't steal someones Pokemon.
