Well, that's really up to you. However, I suggest you have a type that is supereffective against Bug Type (Fire).

The 2nd gym is are Normal type Pokemon, if you can get a fighting type Pokemon like thowr or sawk you can beat her. Good luck, hope this helps.

Whatever you had for the first two gyms, only stronger. There is no reason to change your team so often. But a rock/flying/fire type would be useful. Burgh has a rock/bug, a bug/poison, and a bug/grass Pokemon.
