In the freezcontainer is one, dream gardens, at front of a forest, route 14 on top of a mountain so use surf and waterfall, the relic castle, at the end of route 18 and chargestone cave

where in the world is the one in charge cave ive checked everywhere in there

If by "legis" you mean "legendary," Then the cave in the video, N's Castle (Zekrom), Pinwheel Forest (only after catching Cobalion), Victory Road (only after catching Cobalion), Giant Chasm, Roaming, Abundant Shrine (with Thunderus and the Black Version only Tornadus), N's Castle (Reshiram-Black only), Liberty Island (event only location-released), and there are also three unreleasd legendaries.

When you find the sage in relic castle go forword and there is a volcarona.
