Actually, you can only get the Super Rod in Black & White.

Thats not true my friend found a good bad and super rod so there's not just one

You get the super rod when you defeat N in the Pokemon league.But watch the credits and don't turn it off until it says saved!!! Then when you go down stairs you will meet an international police. He will give you the super rod!
