Question for Pokemon White
I used the game sync on monday the 18th at 10 13 pm. At 300 am on tuesday the 19th, the servers went under construction for the US till 9 00 pm. When that happens, does the 24 hour recharge timer restart, meaning that I have to wait till 9 00 pm tonight to do game sync again, or do I have to wait till 10 13 tonight?

You would have to go at 10:13 because this does not affect the 24 hour wait at all.
