I believe Pokemon that are put into daycares gain experience with each step you take. If that's the case, then it's less how long it takes and more of how far you walk while they're in the daycare. I would suggest finding a long path to run along and just run as much as you can to get your Pokemon in the daycares to gain levels faster.

One experience point for every one step you take. The oldest move is automatically replaced with new moves as the Pokemon levels up. A Pokemon will not evolve while in the daycare.

For every step you take after leaving a Pokmon in the daycare, the Pokmon will gain 1 Exp. Point. This process is only useful for Pokmon with a label of 18 or lower, and if not, it will take longer. I hope that I've helped. MaPoLe3591

It is one exp. Point for each step you take. Soooooo go to nimbassa city and go to the subway station and walk to the pc box then turn right and place something heavy on the b button and something heavy on the right button on the keypad now leave your game for a while and come back after about an hour to three hours. Hope this helps level you up!

Oh by the way keep your ds or dsi or 3ds plugged in. If you don't do this your ds will die and the game wont be saved!

Its 1 exp for every step you take so what I did was walk up and down that really long bridge for a while :D hope this helps
