Where/ How do you find the dream mist? Been struggling and can't find it

You can find the Dream Mist when you go to the Dreamyard after you getting the HM Cut cut the tree in the Dreamyard and head to the next section and find Team Plasma bullying a Munna, defeat them and you will be able to get the Dream Mist from it.
