Yes you can transfer your Pokemon to Pokemon White. To do this you need to have beaten the game and two Nintedo DS game systems. Head to Route 15 and you'll see a building. Head inside and a scientist will explain how everything works. You cannot transfer a Pokemon with HM moves, if your Pokemon are holding item, the items will be removed before they are transfered. You cannot send any of your Pokemon back to your game once you've done this either. The DS with the Pokemon White game will send out a download play, which you can pick up on the other DS's menu that has Pokemon Diamond in it. This should let you play a mini game to catch the Pokemon and can be done as many times as you want a day.
Yallif the Pokemon is a ......an old Pokemon can I evole it any ways like a rhyhorn I now I can evol it to a rhydon but since it's from heart gold and you can't see no dimond or perl Pokemon can I still evolve it to a rhyperior??
Yes, you can do this by bringing your character to the Pokemon Transfer Lab in Pokemon White after you beat Ghetsis. You must have two DS's and one must contain Pokemon white and the other Diamond.
