No, it does not. In it's place is a Pokemon Musical Hall in Nimbasa City. It's like the dancing part of Generation IV's Contest Hall, but extended with more music and not having to do anything.

Although there are no contest halls like there are in the other generations in Nimbasa city there is a Musical where you can dress up your Pokemon and use props.
