Hello I have watched a video that has shiny legendaries I was wandering if that was just an ar code but if it's not please tell me how to get them

You can get shiny legendary Pokemon in the games. What most people do is save before they battle the legendary and turn the game on and off until they see it in it's shiny form. Though some people do use an Action Replay to make the Pokemon they run into shiny.
