To get the silver wing.
Ok so i'v got to catch ho-oh but this old guy tells me(TYou need the silver wing)
I now where to get it but one of my friend in the game donsen't let me go she says(What are you doing...You have to go to the light house.And the dirrection I'm going is where you get the silver wing but she does'nt let me go. "Do I have to reset the game all over again? I hope not. Plz tell MEEEEEEEEE!

You get the silver wing by battling Archer at the Goldenrod Tower.
Issue is that the Silver wing is for getting Lugia in SoulSilver at the Whirl Islands
To get Ho-oh, you need the rainbow wing after beating the elite four and going to Kanto. Pewter City is where you'll find the old man to give you the Rainbow wing
After that Ho-oh will be waiting back at the tower to battle you at lv 75
