Is this a good team?
Pikachu(willing to sub), Umbreon, Blaziken, Swampert(willing to sub), Sceptile(willing to sub), and Garchomp. All will have unusual moves so any moves that will help trump theirweaknesses at least 2 moves that will help with weaknesses

It's a really good team, except for Pikachu. Pikachu is extremely weak, defensively anyway. I would recommend switching it with a stronger Electric-Type Pokemon, such as Jolteon.
After that, you should be set.

Instead of Jolteon I would certainly choose a Pokemon like Electivire

If you don't like your pikachu put the exp. Share on it. It will help your pikachu get exp. After another one of your Pokemon beats it's opnent. Or try the lucky egg if you have it. Or fight lower level Pokemon(sugested 3 levels lower).

You Should Either Train Or Switch That Pikachu,And If You Switch Pikachu I Would Recommend Switching It To Rotom
