Is there any way to catch deoxys in soul silver?
I have been dying to get deoxys for the longest time, but there is just no way to get him without an action replay or through mystery gift. What can I do?

Besides an Action Replay Code, you can still obtain Deoxys in Pokemon SoulSilver by Trade. Besides those two ways, there is no other option.
