Erasing HMs is a bad ideaa. You can only get one of each and if you remove them then the only way to get a Pokemon with those moves is to trade (or find one of the very few Pokemon to learn them naturally, not all of the HMs can be learned naturally).
Unless you hacked and now your bag is full of HMs, then it is your own fault, and the only sure fire way to remove the HMs without further damaging your save file is to delete your save file and start a new one (and do not hack).
