Here is some help:
1. You receive the National Pokedex from Professor Oak in Olivine City after you have defeated the Elite Four.
2. I think the music is different to make the game a little bit more exciting.
3. After you have brought the Warden a Sandshrew from th Safari Zone, he will call you daily. If you do what he says, he will give you objects.
