Question for Pokemon Soul Silver
Whats is the easiest way to level up your Pokemon? I'm underleveled at Clair's gym. What is it without rare candies and cheats? And where do you get the lucky egg?

Besides Rare Candies and Cheats, the easiest way to Level-Up your Pokemon is by training them. Facing many trainers and wild Pokemon should do the trick.
I know that training Pokemon can be long and boring, but it's the best way to Level-Up Pokemon.
If you happen to have a Lucky Egg, attach it to your Pokemon to earn more EXP in battle.

Try and enter rustling grass to encouter Audino. They have a lot of HP and can be tough to defeat but give away lots of EXP.

Audino can only be found in Pokemon Black and Pokemon White, not Pokemon SoulSilver.
