Ive went to a site that you can get free Pokemon but I'm not to sure if it might work? I really want to go to the part of sinnoh so bad!, sorry just curious.

If I don't know the site, I can't tell you if it works. However, there might be a catch with these free Pokemon.
You can only explore the Johto and Kanto Region in Pokemon SoulSilver, not Sinnoh.

You can only explore the regions of Johto and Kanto in this game. You may get Pokemon from the Sinnoh region on this game.
You can get them through trade, capture, and/or Action Replay.
