Best way to do it would be with the AR Manager. If you don't know how to download it, or haven't yet, then let me tell you: Insert the disc into your computer, and then it will be downloaded after you allow it to be. Then just copy and paste the code into the AR Manager. The reason it's not working is most likely because there is either a glitch in the code, or you are making a slight typo, or because the code is incorrect in a way or for the wrong game. Make sure that the code has all capital letters. If you put the code here, we may be able to help you better. I hope this helps.
