I can't seem to be able to beat lance.His Pokemon are lvl.68-75 and I have: Gyarados - lvl 53
Snorlax - lvl 50
Lugia - lvl 50
Graveler - lvl 52
Dragonair - lvl 51

I believe that this is your second time facing the Elite Four.
If you want to defeat Lance with his Higher-Leveled Pokemon, you will have to train your Pokemon to Levels 65-75. Giving your Pokemon Ice-Type Moves would also help.
