Question for Pokemon Soul Silver

Where can I find dyoxis I saw a youtube video and dyoxis was in pallet town and I did the clefairy event and got the moon stone and went to pallet town and instead of dyoxis I found about 1 million tangela and I got tired and gave up

Deoxys cannot be found in Pokemon SoulSilver. The only ways to obtain one are by Trade, an Action Replay Code, or Migration (Pal Park).

There is no Clefairy event. I don't know of any event involving Clefairy ever, not for this game or any other one.

I find it hard to believe that you've found a million Tangela, or even a million pokemon. Please do not use hyperbole.

Deoxys is an event pokemon. There has never been a Deoxys event for SoulSilver. You must trade for or migrate one. Beware, many Deoxys are hacks and could damage your game.

Don't trust youtube. Most of the videos on there are for a computer version of the game that the youtuber probably hacked.
