You battle the Kimono Girls after getting your eighth badge. They fight you one after the other, they do not let you switch Pokemon before battling and they do not let you heal your Pokemon between battles. They can be difficult to beat, just train your team more and they will be easier to beat.

Train your team until they're strong enough to tae them on, having a type advantage helps too, remember to take potions and revives.
