I can't beat lance all I have is a level 100 Lugia a level 100 feraligator a level 100 gyarados a level 100 raikou a level 100 fearow and a level 100 ryhorn so how do I beat lance and 2,000 revives

I don't think what you are telling us is true. You've hacked everything (evident from the level 100 Ryhorn, normal people would have evolved it twice). 2000 Revives would cost you 3 million pokedollars, which is 3 pokedollars more than three times max money.
Had you done everything legitimately, a level 100 Raikou should be able to beat Lance on it's own.

if you are telling the truth you have to use a dragon or ice type move against lance if you don't you should stock up ethers for moves like bounce,dive,dig,and fly.also,if he stocks up on 2,000 revives follow my advice and get 200
