Follow through the maze until you reach red, oh and you need to have beaten all kanto gyms and obtained hm rock climb, along with this , if you go through the waterfall at the beggining that is the wrong way because tha is where you encounter moltres. Hoped it helped. GOOD LUCK:D

Well you need rock smash and rock climb. Then you go in and it's hard to explain but you rock climb at the beginning. Then go outside and follow the path. And soon you get to the top. Also if you follow a different path, you can find a moltres in there in a little valley as well. Hope that helped
