How can I get a torkoal but not in the safari zone please.But if you can't find then just tell me how to get it in the safari zone.

Torkoal can only be found in the Safari Zone in Pokemon SoulSilver. Torkoal can be found in the Savannah Zone in the Safari Zone with 18 Peak Objects, after thirty days.
You can also Pal Park (Poke Transfer) a Torkoal. You can also Trade for a Torkoal.
