Question for Pokemon Soul Silver
My Heart Gold/Soul Silver Pokedex book says how to catch Electrike:
"Safari Zone: [Rocky Beach Area: if Grass objects are placed, may appear in tall grass]"
What I want to know is, how do you place these so-called Grass objects? What are they, and where do you get them? I'm at the point in my game where I own the Safari Zone, and I know how to change into different areas...but how do I place objects???

I believe you get items after the third mission and every mission after that from Baoba. Certain Pokemon appear with objects in certain Areas. You can place items while your in the Safari Zone.

You need to get the national dex and continue with the story line. Eventually Baoba will call you and give you the items.
