Your able to find Sinnoh Gym Leader Crasher Wake in a few places in HeartGold and SoulSilver. Your not able to battle him, and he's not really a main character. His character doesn't do much in HeartGold and SoulSilver. Its still pretty cool to find Crasher Wake outside of Sinnoh!

Crasher Wake is shopping, and Maylene is in an eating contest. That is why they are in Kanto.
