Question for Pokemon Soul Silver

I can't beat lance all I have is a level 49 Lugia a level 62 feraligator a level 37 gyarados a level 42 raikou a level 21 fearow and a level 35 ryhorn so how do I beat lance and 2 revives

I would recommend you have your Feraligatr know Ice Fang. This would help you defeat Lance's three Dragonites and Aerodactyl.

I would recommend you have your Lugia know Ancientpower. This would help you defeat Lance's Charizard. However, Lugia doesn't learn Ancientpower until Level 57.

I would also recommend you have your Raikou know Thunder or Thunderbolt. This would help you defeat Lance's Gyarados.

All I have is a typhloision lv 48 and a gyarados lv 44 the 3rd evoletion of marreep lv 47 a Lugia lv 51 a entei lv 40 and a raikou lv 40 . And I can't beat lance what do I do ?

Well train you Pokemon to around about 40 and do what the guy up the top said and MAKE SURE YOU TRAIN YOUR Pokemon EQULLY
