First, go receive the Expansion Card from someone in the Lavender Town Radio Building. Next, go stand in front of the Snorlax. Next, go into the radio part of your gear. Next, move the "blinking dot" to the tip top of the "circle". The PokeFlute will begin to play. Next, click on the Snorlax.
