I'm guessing you are talking about the Ice Path dungeon.

As soon as you enter the dungeon you will shortly come across the first ice puzzle.

To get through the first puzzle, follow these directions:

Slide Up
Slide Left
Slide Up
Slide Left
Slide Down
Slide Left
Slide Up
Slide Right

The next puzzle that you'll need to solve will get you HM07 (Waterfall). You must pick up the HM because a guy will be blocking the path and won't let you proceed until you get it.

Here's how you slide to get to the HM:

Slide Right
Slide Up
Slide Left
Slide Down
Slide Left
Slide Up
Slide Right

Now here's where it gets a little more complex. You will need to push all of the boulders into the holes. Make sure you don't mess any up and get them stuck against a wall or something, if you do, just go up or downstairs to reset their positions.

First walk over to the top-left rock that is right next to another rock.
From on the right side of it, push it to the left 2 times.
Push it up until it hits that block of ice.
Do not fall down the hole! Walk around the perimeter of the thick ice bit in the middle of the room, going around until you're on the other side of the hole.
Now push that boulder to the right once, then push it down into the hole.

Next is the bottom-right rock that is right next to another rock.
Push the boulder right once.
Push it down three times.
Now push it to the right until it is one space above and one space to the left of the hole.
Walk south of the hole and sneak over behind the rock, then push it down one space and then right one space so it falls down the hole.

Now is the rock that is in the center of the room.
Push it up until it hits the icy rock.
Push it to the right until it hits another icy rock.
Walk over behind it and then push it up until it is lined up with the hole (should be up three times).
Push it twice to the left so it falls down the hole.

And lastly is the rock on the southeastern side of the room.
Walk behind the boulder and push it to the left once.
Push it down until it hits the icy rock.
Walk around and push it once to the left.
Push it down three spaces, so it is one tile farther south than the hole is. You'll need to be able to get out of that section you're stuck in, that's why.
Now push it up once and then push it to the left until it falls down the hole.

And that should be all you need help with. Hope this helped!
