You go to the radio tower where Mr.Fuji lives and talk to some people in the tower they should give you a up grade to your poke gear then go to the sleeping snorlax and put your poke gear (radio to the top it should say poke-flute song so leave it there and click on the snorlax

First, go to the Radio Tower in Lavender Town. Someone in the Radio Tower will give you the Expansion Card. Once you have received it, go back to the Snolax. When you are in front of the Snorlax, go into your Gear where you can listen to the Radio. Move the "blinking dot" to the tip top of the "circle". When you do this, you will activate the Poke Flute. Next, click on the Snorlax.
