Green and blue what? Pokemon Green was a Japan only precursor to Pokemon Blue, which was from the first generation.
The Blue orb is not obtainable by any means in SS. The Green orb is only obtainable buy getting a Groudon and Kyogre onto one game (only ones caught in the Embedded Tower will count).
